Monthly subscriptions use the activation date as the basis for data resets. When choosing an allowance, consider ongoing browsing, app syncing, video playback, and background system traffic together. If usage is concentrated on a few days but occurs reliably every month, a monthly subscription can still provide a predictable access rhythm.
When the current allowance is no longer enough, review plans and submit an upgrade from the user panel. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days, so do not calculate it yourself from a full-month price. Use the order result shown in the panel before confirming, and keep the allowance change separate from a new full billing period.

Data packs are not time-based. They remain available until used and never expire. Unused data is not cleared at the end of a month, making packs suitable for project work, occasional travel, backup routes, or irregular usage. Judge the option by its total allowance rather than applying monthly subscription reset rules.
If your usage has long gaps and you do not want unused data to reset on a fixed date, a data pack is easier to manage. If you need a steady connection every day, the fixed reset rhythm of a monthly subscription is usually more straightforward. Both options provide the same route coverage; the main difference is how the allowance is managed.
COMMON BUS
Only the billing model and available allowance change between tiers; the underlying access coverage stays the same. There is no need to compare platforms, device limits, or route coverage again when choosing a tier.
One account can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Switch between computers, tablets, and other configured devices as needed without changing allowance tiers based on device count. All connected devices share the available data, so background syncing and automatic updates should be included when estimating usage.
All plans access the same route coverage. Start by filtering for the region where the target service is located, then adjust for your current network conditions. For remote collaboration and long-lived connections, prioritize route stability; for Streaming, match the content region first to avoid unnecessary cross-region routing.
Routes can be used for Streaming, AI Tools, research, and cross-border collaboration. Different services have different requirements for exit regions and connection continuity, so allowance size is not the only consideration. If a region prompt or connection fluctuation appears, try another route in the target region first, then check the client configuration and local network.
After configuring a plan, obtain the client and subscription from the user panel. For import, update, or connection issues, submit a ticket describing the platform, target region, and symptoms. A clear account of the steps that caused the issue is more useful for locating the route, client, or local network problem than a single error screenshot.
Create an account with a username and password. Save your account details securely, then check the plan, remaining allowance, and subscription status in the user panel. Clients and subscriptions are obtained from the panel; marketing pages do not provide static installers or subscription URLs, helping prevent outdated information from remaining in browser history.
Both monthly subscriptions and data packs include a clear refund policy. To apply, open a ticket from the user panel and select the relevant order. Check the order and account status first so the correct item is handled; follow progress and replies in the same ticket to keep the information together.

50VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Marketing pages explain the plans only; order creation, payment selection, and confirmation all take place in the user panel. This keeps plan status, payment records, and subsequent tickets under one account for easier review.
After entering the panel, choose a monthly subscription or data pack, then confirm the allowance and price. For monthly subscriptions, check the monthly reset rule carefully; for data packs, confirm the total allowance and never-expiring rule. Review the plan name once more before submitting to avoid confusing a monthly-reset plan with a long-term data pack.
After payment, return to the panel to check the order and plan status. Clients and subscriptions are also obtained there. If the status does not update immediately, do not create multiple identical orders; refresh the order record first. If help is still needed, submit the relevant order details through a ticket for support to review.

REFUND CIRCUIT
Submit refund requests through the ticket entry in the user panel. After signing in, find the order that needs attention, describe the refund request, and confirm the plan name. Linking the request to a specific order reduces back-and-forth and keeps replies visible on the same page.
After submitting, keep access to your account and check follow-up information through the ticket. If multiple plans or orders are present, clearly identify the one to be handled. The refund policy does not change the monthly data reset rule or convert a data pack into a monthly billing plan.
